WAWERNER

The basis for our off-dry Wawerner village wine is grapes ripened in the Wawerner Herrenberg vineyard. The wine unfolds a complex bouquet with herbal notes of thyme, citrus zest, and a hint of green mandarin, with a stony, mineral undertone. On the palate, it is wonderfully juicy with ripe, succulent acidity, a fine texture, and excellent mineral backbone.
The finish is long, powerful, and complex. The wine is very harmonious and coherent, dense and finely crafted, with great aging potential.

It goes very well with grilled fish such as sea bream, chicken breast in a herb crust, or Asian-inspired dishes with lemongrass and ginger.
