Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts or contracts concluded off-premises within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods in the case of a sales contract, the last goods in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, or the last partial shipment or piece in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces. Consumers must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Consumers may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for consumers to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If consumers revoke this contract, we shall reimburse them for all payments we have received from them, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from consumers choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of their revocation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as the consumer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the consumer; in no event will consumers be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until consumers have provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Consumers must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which they notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if consumers send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Consumers bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150.00 for goods that cannot be shipped by parcel post.

Consumers only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
