On the palate, the Grosse Herrenberg Kabinett is full-bodied and powerful, with a dense, melting texture and a fine mineral backbone. The wonderful interplay of sweetness and acidity lends it a delightful freshness and harmonious balance, leading to a long, aromatic finish.

It is an excellent accompaniment to spicy Thai curry, light poultry, or a fresh salad with pear, walnuts and blue cheese.
